Virtual Training – AHEAD for Mid-Level Healthcare Leaders: Understanding the Model, Navigating Change, Leading Forward

Maryland’s transition to the AHEAD Model will bring changes that extend beyond health care policy and payment. AHEAD may influence how health care organizations operate, how teams function, and what leaders are expected to prioritize.

This interactive virtual leadership program is designed for mid-level healthcare leaders who want to understand what the AHEAD Model is and what it means for them and their teams.

Participants will explore the evolution of Maryland’s unique health care model, key components of AHEAD, and the potential impact on leadership responsibilities, workflows, performance expectations, and collaboration.  Most importantly, participants will gain practical strategies to lead through change, communicate the “why” behind new expectations, and help their teams successfully navigate Maryland’s evolving health care environment.
