In order to improve your program experience, MHEI has streamlined the registration process to an online only system. Please follow all the steps in choosing your organization, entering your email address and completing all necessary information. An accurate database allows us to serve you better. If it is important for others to receive correspondence regarding the registration and program information, please include their contact information in the secondary email address box provided. If you will be submitting a check request through your organization, please choose the “Register and Pay by Check” option. Once the payment is received, an updated email from the Program Coordinator will confirm your payment and registration. Please note: you will receive a correspondence directly from the Program Coordinator immediately following your submission of the registration online. MHEI CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing (email preferred) up to five (5) business days prior to an event will be given a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than five business days prior to an event or for any no shows. If you find that you cannot attend, you may send an alternate in your place. Please e-mail us the alternate's information five (5) business days prior to the event; otherwise, registration can be changed on-site.
