MHEI staff boasts skills and experience in the areas of leadership and management as well as in the use of TeamSTEPPS methodology and tools.  Additionally, MHEI staff have been trained as professional facilitators and can provide that "neutral" program or process leader you are looking for.  As an MHEI member these resources are available to you at reduced fees and often at no cost.  There is always no charge for all initial consultations.

In addition to MHEI consulting staff, we are also able to connect our members with a wide range of health care related consultants throughout the United States.  Using our state association network we are able to evaluate the consultants that you may be considering for your organization and provide you with an objective evaluation saving your staff time and energy.
