This page lists all of the upcoming programs offered by the Maryland Healthcare Education Institute (MHEI, member organizations) and the Maryland Patient Safety Center (MPSC).

MHEI CANCELLATION POLICY

The registration fee is refundable if notice is received at least 3 business days prior to the program. If cancellation is within 3 business days of the program, a service fee of half of the registration fee will be assessed, unless otherwise noted. MHEI offers a full tuition refund if you do not find the program to be helpful.

MPSC CANCELLATION POLICY

Although there is no charge to Maryland healthcare professionals and employees at Beebe Medical Center to attend MOST programs, it is not without cost. If you register and fail to attend without notifying us 3 days in advance for a 1-day program or 1 week in advance for a multiple day program, or finding a substitute, you will be charged a cancellation fee of half of the registration fee as listed on that program's registration form (regardless of Maryland Healthcare professional status).
