Managerial ethics has become a matter of vital public concern. What's confidential? What's fair? Is it okay to spin doctor information? Does credit go where it's due? Is time stolen from the organization? Are rules evenly applied? When is it okay to cover for others? How much loyalty does a professional colleague deserve? This program explores ethical decision-making and its significance to your organization and your own sense of personal integrity.

Succeeding in today's changing environment requires a different approach than succeeding under conditions of stability and predictability. One predictor of success is the degree to which your corporate culture is change adaptive rather than change incompatible. You will continue to have the words "change agent" on your job description!
