Performance Management

Through learning and applying the skills inherent in performance planning, coaching, and performance evaluation, participants will be better able to hold people accountable for their performance in a way which wins their buy-in.

Train the Trainer

There are many managers and professionals in your organization who have responsibility for orienting and training others but have no teaching experience and no formal training in adult education techniques. This program is designed to help them learn how to train, motivate and excite the participants in their programs. Topics are customized to meet the needs of your organization, and can include the following topics along with a variety of others:

Audience: Anyone responsible for training groups
Length: About 3 hours per topic
